Welcome to Boss Barre Babe! It is my goal to empower women through movement, strength, and community. Rooted in utilizing my expertise as a registered nurse, birth doula, and now trained barre instructor, my classes support women at every stage—whether embracing their personal power or navigating the journey of motherhood.

With a focus on both empowerment, I want to create a fun space where every woman feels strong, supported, and confident in her body.

Boss Barre Babe classes are hosted at The Bank Athletic Club at 137 2 Ave Strathmore, AB and occasionally at other locations for special events.
